Living in rural Alabama, I am seen as one of the crazies around here with my masks and vaccinated 6-year-old. One of my anti-vaxx relatives came down with covid last week along with her entire household. We’re supposed to go to an *in-door* Christmas get-together with family tomorrow. I am freaking out internally but trying to act “normal (for Alabamians)” on the outside. And did I mention that I’m married to a pharmacist who *just* got boosted YESTERDAY and has not worn a mask at work since this spring? Just thought y’all would enjoy the perspective of a rural woman down here in the South. Merry Christmas! 🤗🙃
